Hello,

I've an BB 7290 and BES with Exchange.
Last week i "killed" my blackberry (clear handheld..)
So the enterprise activation is gone...

Now I tried to re activate the enterprise registration...
First I tried to do that without doing changes on the bes config, it didnt work, So i removed the user from the bes and readded him. Now the BES says "Initializing" within the config of this user and when I try to activate the device it says "Activating.." "Trying again..." and so on.. Meanwhile I reveive generated Mails from the blackberry sytem to my inbox folder.. (In the bes I've activated forwarding to the device..) The Pin in the Bes Configurator is also 0
Im really shortly before exploding :( I don't now what to do anymore..

I am having a similar problem....finally got it to activate but now cannot receive email from the server.. It can send email and will synchronize with the desktop as far as sent mail is concerned...

did you get any help with yours?... i'm getting to explosion mode soon also...
been working with this for about 3 weeks.

I've got a user who's bb will not go complete activation. He can send and receive email, but activation will not go past 45%?
Very strange, I have a hundred other users with no trouble.

I'm stumped.
