One of the cheat sheets referenced somewhere in one of the forums said a press of a few keys would reboot the device. I've not been able to get this to work. Is this doable with the 8310? What keys?

Thanks. That's what I had been previously told and I can't get it to work, whether I press the keys simultaneously or consecutively. Any suggestions?

It should work.

I press the alt key (hold it) then the shift (hold it) then the del key and it reboots
