You could use the Firewall Option on your phone:

Options>Security Options>Firewall

Enable the firewall and check the box for "Except messages from" Contacts.

As long as she is not in your address book, they should be blocked.

Other than that, you may have to contact at&t.

Lol will she know she's blocked? She doesn't seem to be taking a hint. I said don't call or text me anymore! I don't know what part she doesn't understand lol.

I don't think she'll know it's blocked. It just won't show up on your device. I've always wondered if you still get charged for the blocked message when using this method.

You do get charged.
The only way to not get charged is to block at the carrier level.
For most carriers, SMS is either on or off, without the ability to filter.

That's because it makes them money.

ATT has a serivce for $4.95 called Smart Limits (my teenage daughter hates it... but I love it.) You can set up all kinds of controls, among which is blocking all SMS/calls by phone number...

Call your carrier. They may be able to block just the number.

But make sure you check with your carrier and see if they can block it on their end or it will still come as a charge to you as posted above.
