because of really bad glitches in my messages folder and with no network time and my time being messed up that caused my tasks to not properly function... and i deleted all my messages and now there is this icon.. what is it? what does it represent? and why is it there?





also why don't I have any network time? will this cause my time to randomly update? please help me=[
