okay i know im probably asking a realy dumb ? but were are yall ordering the phone from i have found on some sites to "preorder" it but yall are saying yall already have yalls or ordered it atleast if some on could plz send me a link to were i can order it. i need to order just the phone without a plan. if someone could help yall would be real tight. o ya i looking for a verizon version. it is on the verizon official website but they dont sell it just as a phone without a plan. and all other websites say it isnt out yet.. can anyone help plz email me at ty

Just call verizon telesales and tell them you want to order the phone without a plan to give as agift to some one, they will certainly let you...

A little FYI, in case anyone's still waiting for the 8703e to. show up in Verizon's retail stores: IT IS FINALLY AVAILABLE!

This Wednesday, I went to a Verizon Wireless store here in Maryland, and they had a LIVE, WORKING 8703e on display. Naturally, I played around with it for a few minutes. I LOVE IT! I'm amazed at how useable the keyboard is, considering how compact it is compared to the one on my Nextel 7520. And that EV-DO is blazing fast! I was amazed to see websites like eBay and The Digital Bits loading COMPLETELY, with all the graphics, including background images, in a mere 2-3 seconds!

It shall be mine! Just... not this week. I may have to save up for a few weeks, but it will be mine soon. And as long as it works as well as I need it to, where I need it to, Sprint can kiss my backside! They ruined the Nextel network, so I'm done with them.
