I initiated the device switch procedure from a 9900 to a 9900 and before I had a chance to plug in the new phone someone restarted my computer. By then I had wiped the old phone.

I can see a .cab file that was created but I cannot figure out how to restore it to the new phone. (Restoring the backup is no use as it doesn't restore the apps.)

Any ideas?
