Entourage and 8330 calendar events are five hours apart after syncing...how do I fix this?

OK, I pulled the battery, re-synched...no change. Updated the device and entourage soft ware, re-synced...no change. Ensured the device and Entourage are both on same time-zone, re-synced...no change. What else can I do to fix this?

Where is the error, BB or Mac?
