Default 4.5 upgrade/youtube videos

Please Login to Remove!

I have the blackberry 8310. I have downloaded the upgrade and I just wanted to know if the download lets me watch youtube videos? Everytime I Click on a video to play it, the video player pops up, but nothing shows. Do I have to change a setting on my phone or what?

Now when I try, It says,

Error playing, can not find web address. verify that this web address is valid

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8330)

After doing the upgrade to 4.5, you should be able to click on the "watch now" link and have the media player pop up and play the video. I think that was a limitation for 4.3. Plus with 4.5, you get next and prev buttons on media player! Lol

This happened to me to yesterday.
It stopped once I did a soft shutdown via the UI off icon and reloading the video page.

I'm guessing its either a buffering glitch or network error, but its solved on my blackberry at least.

And I'm running 4.5

I installed a 'Comedy Time' app on my 8310 and managed to get YouTube working with that. As many others report, it certainly didn't work before with 4.5.

My 8320 came with 4.5 and I have not been able to use YouTube. It tells me "an error has occurred". I have tried numerous battery pulls with no success. Any help would be appreciated

Just found that YouTube works on EDGE, but not when connected to WiFi. Not sure what that means though . . .

I have the exact same problem. On my stock bold, it works fine on 3G, but when I'm connected via wifi, it does not work, even though I can browse and stream other stuff fine.
