I just upgraded the OS on my AT&T 8310 to 4.5 and every is working but I'm not receiving my email in HTML format....I'm still getting links. I searched the forum and found a post that said to click on the message folder, then menu-options-email settings and make sure HTML is on. However, when I go to settings, there isn't anything about HTML to check.

What am I missing? Thanks.....

Resend your service books, by logging into you BIS accound and choosing "resend service books" or from your BlackBerry Options -> Advanced Options -> Host Routing Table, hit the menu key and choose "register.

OK, did that, now what will happen? When I opened up Host Routing Table there was about 20 various "Cingular [310xxxxx] listed. I'm with AT&T!
