Default upgraded from curve to bold - deleted email issue

Please Login to Remove!

Only one issue - my email is not deleting like it should be.

I have 3 accounts (yahoo, comcast and my web hosted 1and1). I have them set up in the ATT blackberry login BIS page to retrieve all 3 accounts and to "Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." on all 3 emails.

So, why is it when I delete an email on my blackberry and then turn my laptop on to download my emails, it downloads the deleted mails? What an I missing?

Not all email providers support wireless reconciliation of deleted messages.
Yahoo does, but I doubt your other two email accounts will.

But they were on my curve - so I'm assuming it's the Bold's issue.

Check your reconciliation settings for each of your accounts on the Bold.

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Delete On = Mailbox & Handheld

You may also set this option to Prompt so you can choice what ones to delete off device and/or mailbox

I tried those steps. When I changed it to "MailBox & Handheld" then "Save" ....I still didn't have the option when trying to delete a email. I just upgraded to 4.5.0.81, could that be the culprit?
