Dear All,

we have BES 4.1.6.9 running with exchange 2003. I need to update it with the latest service pack 7 released on April 11 2011. is it possible to do it directly?

hi,

i updated to 4.1.7 and the server stopped delivering emails. i checked everything but it didnt work. i restored the previous version.

Did you also update to the latest MR for SP7 (it is MR3).
