Hi Everyone,

I have a BB 9930 here and I've found the speed dials to be missing at random times, I end up having to re-key them time and time again. A battery pull never seems to fix the issue either. I'm on OS 7.1.0 Bundle 2705 using Verizon, I Google'd - that served no help, and I also searched the forums first.

Any tips or advice? Bad phone? OS reload? etc.

Let me know what you guys think, I am stumped!

I never saw that and first I've heard of it, I think.

Does your complete speed dial settings disappear, or just some?
