Hi
I have a small problem where I have lost my owner info from my device and the tech guys at work say that it should be coming across automatically and they are at a loss why it hasn't.
I am thinking that a fresh Enterprise Activation might fix the issue. Before I do this could soebody answer the following:
1) The device has already been activated. Can I simply do it again or do I need to perform security wipe first?
2) My BB has BerryBuzz installed which added a lot of non-standard settings in my Profiles. Are these likely or not likely to be included in my BES backup? Or when I do the Activation will all the time consuming BerryBuzz-specific settings be lost.

1. you set the owner information yourself in options -- owner. Unless they override it.
2. you will probably loose it. If they delete your account from BES and re-add you (unlikely, but you should confirm) you will loose all settings and be sent back to BB Defaults.
