Exclamation HELP: Server upgrade 3.6 to 4.1

can anyone help me with an upgrade i have done today that doesnt seem to be working correct

bes with exchange
local msde
80+ users

upgrade completed and the users handsets started the enterprise activation but then stuck at diffrent percentages
HOW LONG SHOULD THIS TAKE?

also have canclled one and tried reactivating but the activation message isnt being collected from the users mailbox

have checked all the usuall stuff and the server was working fine before.

HELP!!!

How long have you been waiting? I know when I did the same upgrade, if I remember correctly it took about 4 hours for everything to catch up. That was on a Saturday, much less traffice. 125 users.

A lot longer than that about 6 hours for 80 users
and now cannot activate a user???

What is the server status? running?

Does it look like any of your users are getting info?

Get them to pull the battery.

For me even a bog standard activation on a single handset requires setting the new activation password a short wait then a reboot before it really rakes off.
