Hi,

Iam trying to start an Application which uses FileConnection APIs. I have signed my Application using RIM s signing tool, still Iam getting this Error "Application attempts to access a secure API." If Iam Removing FileConnection code from my Application it is working fine and If i make a seperate application using only FileConnection and browsingUI (After signing) then it is Working fine.

Can Anyone tell what is the possible Solution for this.

Never Use Internal Device API.

I'm curious, how were you able to build the application at all if you were using an internal api? You would require an internal version of rapc + libraries to do so...

if you use package-names that mimic rim or java packages you can compile the code but it will not run.
i tried to implement some classes from the java.util package (and had them in a package called java.util) and encountered this problem, they worked fine when i moved them to an own package.
