It's been some time since I've used it and when I try logging in to passord recovery,it says my answer is wrong! I only have one dog,I know his name! Not according to this device!

Couple thoughts:

I had trouble logging into app world one time. Same as you (maybe...see next thought below) I knew my username and password was correct. It ended up taking the better part of the day for app world to get its act together and let me log in. So, it may not be you.

Or, it may be you. You are sure you remember your log in info? I don't think you would forget your dog's name or how to spell it, but do you know for sure whether you entered it in all lower case, or first letter capitalized? And what about your email address? Sure you didn't use a different one for your BB ID?

As I say, just thoughts.

I've tried using my sprint.blackberry.net and password to download an app and I get this "sorry, email or password is invalid" I *know* my username and password IS correct, and even using the "forget password" is a joke.

so, how do I push it thru? persistence?
