Unhappy New BB user - Unlock Issues

Hi!

I am just bought my friends BB curve 8520 and I paid for the BB unlock via this site about 2 hours ago. I know it says to wait up to 3 hours, but I am just confused because I am not sure how they are supposed to contact me with the number... I know what to do with the number after that but I am just concerned because I havn't heard anything as of yet.

Can anyone let me know if they have used the unlocking service from this site and such.
