I am a new Blackberry user and have spent ages and ages trying to resolve a problem I think I have created when synch-ing my device with my Outlook contacts.

In Outlook I have multiple phone numbers per contact but when I have synch-ed with my Blackberry I now have 1 records for each phone number rather than 1 record for each contact with the option to use differnet numbers. This doesn't seem right to me.

For example in Outlook I have
John Smith
Home Number - xxxxxx
Work Number - xxxxxx
Mobile Number - xxxxx

In my Blackberry I have

John Smith 1
John Smith 2
John Smith 3

Can anyone help?
