Hi Guys,

I have a distributed enviroment - with Collaboration, Attachment, BAS (2 Servers), Webdesktop, Monitoring all on remote servers - i would like to upgrade my BES to SP2 and was wondering in which order would be correct

Im thinking of upgrading the

1. The BAS Servers
2. The BES Servers
3. The Attachment Server
4. The Collaboration Server
5. The Webdesktop Server
6. The Monitoring Server

Any assistnce will be appreciated

Hi Sheldon,

This looks ok, only I think you miss a first (or 0) step. First check if they still has the (minimum) specs for 5.0.2. For example it will not work with IE 6 (and 5.0.1 will work with IE 6).
