I believe the new curve will support 8GB.

Yup, it does. But i haven't seen any real difference in speed with the 4GB micro SDHC card. Its the same as the 2 GB i had earlier on my curve 8300.

It does. I'm running a Sandisk 8 gig SDHC card without a problem.

I am currently using a PNY microSD 1GB and it seems slow. Especially so when my default ringtone resides on the memory card. i.e., it takes a bit for my phone to actually ring. I have recently fixed it by moving the tone over to the device memory and have noticed no such latency.

Now when I start a movie with from my memory card, it does take a bit to start and or rewind/fast forward. I just ordered a 4GB micro SDHC from newegg.com for $24, it should be faster, right?

What does the 'HC' actually stand for and mean?

$35.99, originally $59.99. Were on sale as of a few days ago and were also available online for that price. I haven't checked since then, though.

I'm running a sandiak 8gb and loving. The speed is great and very comparable with the device memory. To me the speed is the same.

awesome, I can't wait for my 4GB SDHC to come in! 4GB is more than enough for me! Just enough space for a bunch of movies that I can keep my 8320 on my pillow side to help me fall asleep at nights!

Amazon has great prices on SDHC memory cards, as well as readers. I picked up a 4GB SDHC Sandisk + adapter in bulk packaging plus a card reader from Amazon for $30 all together.

I will see how my 4GB works and then will look into getting the 8GB one. Do you guys have any suggestion on the Memory brands to stay away from? My PNY 1GB card is really, really slow compared to my friends SanDisk 1GB.
