Is it possible to push out device config/settings from BES?

Just so we can have a standard icon & device settings for all customers.
(rather then having to grab a device & manually do this).

No it isn't possible to do what I think you're looking to do ... that said there is some customization you can do such as restricting browser access, allowing sms / etc ...

Yeah you could probably configure an IT policy with alot of these options then just apply it to new devices.

No, you can't. IT Policies cannot be configured for that the OP is looking to do.

IT policy is not the same as device configuration although there is some overlap.
