Hi, connecting to BES servers via RDP we see an error:
BlackBerry Extension Encountered a problem and need to close ...

in the event viewer is reported an information reporting:
Reporting queued error: faulting application BlackBerryExtension.exe, version 5.0.2.15, faulting module BlackBerryExtension.exe, version 5.0.2.15, fault address 0x00084a8f.

Do you know the cause of this problem ?
How is possible to resolve it ?

I am seeing the same errors in the event application log since upgrading to BES5.0.2 for Domino.

Have you found any solution on that problem? I'm having this too. Also Windows 2003 SP with Exchange SP2 and the BES 5.0.2.

After much analysis in the logs, we found that the extension service was not loading due to the RepliGo extension plugin taking over. I found out from our RepliGo support that when BES 5.0.2 is installed, it does not handle the repligo extension properly. To fix, we simply had to uninstall the repligo extension dll and reinstall it. Now the blackberry attachment extension starts.
