In a few months our company will be migrating from GW to Exchange and every Blackberry has to be reactivated. Production is now setup with BES 5.0 for Exchange and is ready to go. Luckily my part as BES admin is done, but the mobile guys have to touch every Blackberry for activation.

I'm looking to make it easier on them in terms of doing the activations. Is there a way with BES 5.0 to set the same activation password for every user? Or yet a way to sort of pre-populate the BES by doing a mass upload of users that need to have accounts created on the BES to have their phones activated?

Also, if there are any tips worth mentioning that I may not be thinking of to make their lives a little easier please I'm open to suggestions.

Allows for command line bulk upload - use the -w switch to set the passwords.

Thanks. I was also able to find in BES 5.0 by playing around that its also build in. I can just select all the users that have mail accounts that need handhelds then assign the activation pw.
