Default User's Sent From Address Change

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who is both setup through our BES and through the web client on the device itself. A while back when ever she sent out emails or replied to emails it would send with the "reply to" address set as her "xxx@mycingular.blackberry.net". Just recently something (not sure if it was us or the user) switched her back to our corporate email address. What settings do I need to check to make sure that her "reply to" and "sent from" address are changed to "xxx@mycingular.blackberry.net" address?

I have a slightly similar question. I am setup on both BES for 1 account and then BWC for 3 email addresses.

When I respond to an email sent to a BWC forwarded address, am I still having my messages routed through the BES? How private can this be?

I realize you can switch from Desktop to WebClient when sending a message/reply... but is there a way to automatically use WebClient if sending a response to a BWC address or use Desktop when sending via BES to a corporate recipient?

Does this make sense? I basically want to always use the WebClient to respond to emails to personal addresses (away from the BES) and always use the Desktop to respond to coporate business related addresses.

Options -> Advanced Options -> Message Services -> Messaging (CMIME) where you can set the default outgoing address.

Also I have info on bbReply on my gmail page that I just updated.

Whatever service book the email is received from will be the one used when you reply

So if you have your Gmail added to your BIS accont you'll have service book labeled "xxx@gmail.com [cmime]"
You can set this to be your default send from service book by following the steps listed abouve by Stinsonddog

If you have your Gmail forwarded to your BIS account you can change the reply to address to be your Gmail so that when you send using your "xx@tmo.blackberry.net [cmime]" service book

Hope this helps
