We are running BES ENT 4.1.4.12 and are devices are the 8830. Is it possible to disable button on the 8830 via the BES. We want to disable the voice dialing soft key button or reassign the softkey button, is this possible?

No, it's not possible to do from BES.
This setting can only be changed from the handheld itself.
