Default BB 7290 and Motorola HS-810 problems - auto redialing when HS-810 first opened

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Folks,

I'm new to the forums, looks like a great site! I'm having issues with a 7290 and the HS-810. It's paired up succesfully via trusted connection, but everytime I open the 810, it connects and automatically redials the last number called on the Blackberry!

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm using the latest Firmwasre for the blackberry. - 4.0.0.219.

Thanks in advance,

NS

Anyone?

I know I have BES 3.6.1 which doesn't have Bluetooth policys in place. On the BB it says that the 810 has both HFM and HSM for profiles. I'm assuiming its defaulting to one profile which autodials?

Have you tried unpairing and repairing to recreate that profile?

Hello there,

Yes I tried repairing the device and I still have the same issues. I don't know if there's a way to change the profiles on the Blackberry without enforcing the policy from the server. Anyone?

Are you pressing the button on the HS810 after opening it?? That is normally what causes a redial.

Nope, I'm just opening the device. As soon as it turns on it automatically redials on the blackberry.
