Dear all,

I have read through multiple forums to solve my problem and I am stuck.

I downloaded a game and when starting it up it says:

"your network settings have not yet been configured"

I checked my APN (Vodafone NL):
APN: blackberry.vodafone.nl
Name: vodafone
Password: vodafone

But it still has the same problem. My Blackberry 8820 does work, and I have no problem connecting to the internet through Wifi or through GPRS.

Anyone able to help me?

Goto options, security options, application permission. Find the game, select it, then edit permission. Then chose the properer permissions to allow.

Thanks for helping, but your sollution didn't work.
The game still says I need a network connection.

Any other sollutions?

do you have an IT policy on the device or a valid data plan? many applications do not recognize WIFI as a valid connection.

yes, I do have a valid data plan. I have no problem at all connecting to the internet through GPRS/EDGE. But starting the game, even then I get the same error.

My APN is proper configured.
I changed the safety permissions for that game, that didn't work
I tried to connect to the internet in another way, that didn't matter...

So... Any other sollutions? Thanks!

It would not kill you to tell us what is the game name..
