i pluged my blackberry bold into my pc and it came up with a newer os6 update so i updated it and now my screen lights up but is black, i restored it to the os6 i had before and still no pick up, what should i do? :l

i have recently had a brand new screen put it so it cant be that

Is it turned on? Do you have a flashing red light?

Is it plugged into a wall charger or to the PC?

Have you dropped it or gotten it wet?

its turned on, its like the screen is black but lit up the led still works, i keep getting messages, not dropped it or got it wet, it was plugged into pc when it was updating and went black..
