Windows 8.1 on a new Lenovo T540p.
Working with Rogers, I'm trying to tether my BB 9000 and use it as a modem. I can sign in and get recognized on the network, so my BB Desktop and/or my Rogers sign in says, but I can't get mail or my browser page.
Windows can't find the problem, saying it may be my security software (Comodo).
Anyone have any thoughts?

It may also be your cell plan does not allow tethering. Check with your carrier.
