Hi Everyone,

Just wondering why when I select Vibe & Ring on a loud profile, it doesn't actually Vibrate & Ring.

My BB will Vibrate then Ring, not both at the same time. I had a nokia phone years ago and when they vibrate on a loud profile they also ring while vibrating.

Is it something to do with the OS for BB or hardware? Just curious.

AFAIK, the BB was designed to Vibe then Ring. It annoyed me at first too, but that is the way it is. There is no option to Vibe+ring at the same time... Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I hated that at first, but i just set it to where it Vibrates once, and then it rings after. I wish it did both at the same time because my old motorola phones did that.

No all BB's I believe are vibrate and then ring.

Why would you want it to vibrate and ring? If it vibrates and you notice it, you can answer or ignore the call without annoying anyone around you with needless ringing. If you don't notice it vibrating, only then will it start ringing.

I vote for vibrate and THEN ring also. It is 6 against 1.
