Does anyone know how different the role-based security is in version 5.0 of BES?

I looked over the Roles and Permissions guide, however, I'm not exactly sure if the group option would finally allow for me to segregate User Management on the SAME BES for different divisions.

From what I'm seeing, it wouldn't.

The admin security is very different between 4 and 5. In 4 you are stuck with the predefined roles and what those roles can do. In 5 you can create your own role and assign specific permissions to the role.

But can one create a custom role that has management limitations to a portion of the BES users on a particular BES server. For example, Company X has access to only Company X users on the BES server and Company Y has access to only Company Y users on the SAME BES server.
