Anyone else having a rogers outage? I've been out for about an hour

What city are you in?

We have multiple 3G units out of commission in south-eastern Ontario right now...22 mins on hold with Rogers...

We're having some strange issues as well. Voice seems fine, but several devices haven't communicated with our BES for over half an hour.

Yup....national outage for Rogers:

Start Time: 11:40 PM (EDT)

End Date: TBD

End Time: TBD

Estimated Outage Length: TBD

Work Summary: BlackBerry subscribers may experience delays in receiving messages and may receive an "x" when sending messages. Subscribers may also be unable to register their device, roam in another location, or use other services such as Internet browsing.

Devices may not receive new service books. BlackBerry Connect and BlackBerry-enabled devices that require a new PIN may be unable to receive the PIN.

Earliest start of the issue was 10:38am Eastern.

How did you get that Roger's message? I spent 40+ mins on the phone letting THEM know about it...

I manage our company's Roger's account, which includes these types of notifications...at least for us.

Yeah same here in montreal... All my users in canada that use Rogers have been complaining since about 11AM this morning

Is there anywhere on the internet we can find some information or ETA for the outage ???

Just received another update. As of 12:45pm Eastern, the issue is still ongoing, with no ETA yet.

BES contact has been out for 2 hours in mid-Wilshire / Los Angeles via T-Mobile.

BIS has delivered some emails.

Hey All, When the "network went down" I restarted (hard restart) my BB 8320. Now all it does is "post".. I get the black screen, with "Blackberry" and the progress bar. The bar gets to about 2/3 and then it shuts off and starts the cycle over again?.. Is this a result of the outage? OR in addition to the outage is my bb pooched? and it's just a coincidence?

Default Rogers Outage ??

I havent heard about ROGERS, but emails have started being delivered here for my users.. Browsing the internet and sametime are also available.

ROGERS outage seems to have been resolved (although it might be unstable)

If anyone gets an update from Rogers, please post it !
