Default Hosted BES - Issue with an activation?

Please Login to Remove!

Greetings,

So, I just got a hosted Exchange server, and a hosted BES (I think it's BES, although it could be professional) server, and I SEEM to be having problems with one of the devices.

In the back end, I'm supposed to be able to see some of the information...

Device Details
Redirection Status Unknown
Server DN Unknown
Microsoft Exchange Server Unknown
PIN Unknown
Model Name Unknown
BES Server Unknown

It all says unknown, even though the device is activated! It seems to sync, as I still get email and and contact sync, BUT I can not remotely lock or wipe the device.

The device is a Tour, with the proper data plan (confirmed with verizon).

I already wiped the device, reactivated, etc.

Can anyone give me a clue? I already have an open ticket with my hosting provider. I need to be able to lock and wipe this device....

Thanks.

Can you post a screenshot? Are you looking at a BES/BPS Manager screen or some interface your provider built.

Attached is what I see.

So far my host has said that they think its a provisioning issue with Verizon.

Whats really strange is that everything seems to sync, email, contacts, tasks, etc.....

Still no device locking though.

That screenshot is not a RIM application. It's a custom application written/deployed by your hosting provider.
They'd really be the only ones who could help you with this.
