There is this one
crackberry dot com/free-beta-file-manager-pro-blackberry
however it is not os4.7 native (go into options/applications/disable legacy mode & that will allow it to go full screen). I noticed it is just the same thing as the (now discontinued) Rove Mobile File Manager. It is in fact less functional as the rove one not only allowed you to manage files locally, but work with ftp/sftp/webdav/windows file sharing as well. As I noted it is unfortunately discontinued & the latest version I have found is 2.5.36 for os4.2 (it was offered for free when it was offered so using it would not be warez). Would anyone happen to know if they ever released a newer version than that before they discontinued it?

Probably the one found here on your Storm

Select Media from main menu
select BB button
select explore

and this should give you the internal file explorer on the Storm

Actually, this is incorrect. To get the Storm version of File Manager from Crackberry, you have to do the OTA download. That is the only place where they have the version for 4.7.xx Also, make sure that you set the permissions to Allow in all three places. Otherwise you won't see the media card. This app works well when properly installed. You can also get this app from the developer at the Terramobility website. 73

UPDATE: I checked out the internal file manager as described below. It is nearly identical to the File Manager app discussed here. Makes sense if you think about it. 73

I stand very pleasantly corrected, I had no idea this existed either ... Heck, all RIM has to do now is just give it it's own icon on the desktop. BTW, this file manager works great.

I came from Windows Mobile so I was distraught when I got the storm and thought there was no file manager. I thought to myself this cant be right and trawlled through the PDF user guide . Its a one line entry and amazed me as to why they have put it where they have but it works great .
