My wife sends me pics in texts and sometimes I can't receive them. They always seem to be PNG files when I can't get them. Is there a way to get these pics through texts? When she emails them, they open just fine. Im new here so Im not sure what all info you guys need but I have a Torch 9810.

From what type of device is she sending them?

They shouldn't be coming as a png from a 4S. Is she using some app other than the built in camera?

save it first then try to open it from saved location

it only happens when she sends photos that she cropped or that she has taken with another app. they do not show up for me to save them, it just says "one or more of the message components have deleted by MMS adaptation. wither the message was too large or the components were unsuitable for your terminal"
