Lightbulb SocialScope 0.9.2.5 Released

SocialScope 0.9.2.5 was released a few moments ago. SocialScope should automatically detect the update and prompt you to install.

0.9.2.5 changes:

* Fix for changing/updating twitter credentials(experimental)
* Post pictures from SDCard(experimental)
* Removed posting confirmation screen
* Added connection type setting
* Fixed URL posting
* Other minor stability fixes

If you get stuck in the infinite update loop you will need to pull your battery to get it working.

Yeah, that one is still there for me. Still have to click OK after a status update gets posted.

thanks for the link. i don't do any twittering, so i won't take up one of the 200 spots

currently waiting on the new facebook app to be released. i'm expecting big things, because the current one blows!

Oh yeah? Do you have any inside info on that? My buddy is a dev @facebook and he says the Facebook app is a 100% rim thing... not to get off topic by any means

given that facebook.com is amazingly innovative, i don't doubt that the crappy blackberry app is an RIM thing....i wouldn't call it inside information, but the talk is Facebook v.1.5 is due out sometime this month, with 2.0 scheduled to be out later this year.

Another thing...i dont get it...how come none of these twitter apps give you the ability to search for people? I would think that's THE most important feature.

Because twitter.com recently added it back and haven't exposed it via there API yet. Once they do we'll look into supporting it.

Thanks..I just thought it kinda strange, you load an app up to talk to people and they give you no way to go find people to talk to.
