Anyone have any insight on whether we can call TMO customer service to pre-order the Curve on , say this Thur or Friday for same day delivery to the Sept. 24th release date?

I would hate to go to authorized TMO retail on Monday morning to only find out they 1) have never heard of such a device or 2) not available at their store yet.

My sales rep emailed me today saying that they're taking orders now . . . and will ship out Friday... depending on the delivery service you request, it may be delivered Next day (Monday) or 2nd-Day (Tuesday) . . . $249.99 with new activation with a $50 rebate making it $199.99 . . .

Using a GETMORE code from a Biz Discount Program, activation fee is waived, and contract is only for 1-year, plus 2nd-Day delivery is always free . . .

I just called -- and they're not yet taking pre-orders. (For consumers, at least... I can't vouch for business.) The phone doesn't appear on their sales sheet yet, and there's no pricing information, either. There also isn't any information about multiple SKUs for the various colors.

Maybe someone else will have different luck.

I guess the Telephone Ordering Channels are not at par with the sales reps . . . If anyone needs to badly order the 8320 before you can do so using the channels, PM me and I will provide Sales Rep contact info who may be able to accommodate . . .

I called earlier today for some billing issues and asked about pre-ordering... Said it wasn't available, and they had no prices in the system yet. I did ask her to check on colors and she said the only one she saw was Titanium.

I went to a corporate Tmobile store today on my lunch hour. The rep told me the Curse showed a release date of 9/24 in his system, and also that it just mentioned one color.. titanium. No price was mentioned in his system either.

this is what i got when attempting to upgrade this evening, however none of the links for details or upgrade work, but at least its there in 2 colors none the less.... and when i spoke to a rep on thursday they had instructions on how to enable gps so i'll have to wait and get one and see what happens. the rep also mentioned that you can call and order it at 12:00 am sept 24 they have extra reps and people available to take in the orders.....hope everyone is able to get the phone that wish to get it.
