I have installed a new server with BES 5 SP3.
I have moved some of my existing users from a BES 4.1 to the new server.
After this users cannot sent or receive MMS anymore.
No change in dataplan or device.
What IT Policy is applied to the users on the new server?

[BES 5.0.3 / GroupWise 2012 HP2]
Think it was because of the It-Policy 'Other browsing services' was disabled.
But on some of the devices I have to delete all 'service books' about mms and browser, and resend.
Strange???
Other Browsing services needs to be enabled for mms to work.
Becare with enabling other browser services as it then does not use the BES APN for internet traffic so you'll be charged when browsing the internet and for using apps.
** Depending on your traffice but most unlimited internet BES tarrifs are only free and unlimited when the data is going through the BES**
