I recently gave my wife my old Plantronics Discovery 640. I deleted the pairing on my Curve and it is now paired with her phone. However, whenever she turns the headset on and my Curve is nearby my Curve asks for the security code, even though the headset is not in discovery mode and my Curve is not set to discoverable.

Now, I know I deleted the pairing on my Curve, the only thing I can think of is that the Discovery 640 stores pairings for about 4 devices internally. Since the heaset can still see my phone, it tries to pair even though it's not in pairing mode. Is there any way to delete the pairing with my Curve that is stored on the headset? I guess I'm looking for a way to delete the internal memory of the headset. I checked Plantronics' website and it was pretty useless.
