I have the ATT Bold, using enterprise connection to my company. Technically, they don't want us to use DM. They say it messes with Outlook etc. I just want to sync to install apps and use media manager. I started to install, then it asked if I wanted a Enterprise or personal email connection. Which is easier to disable syncing calendar, contacts, tasks, memo etc.

Not a good idea to go against what your company has for policies. For many, circumventing their IT policies is cause for termination. If you try to go around the IT Policy on the BB they will know it.

If you feel the need for personal stuff, get your own personal device. It is just safer that way. And if you are connected to the company and have their BB, never consider anything on that BB as private and personal. If the company wants to see what you are doing and saying, assume they can.
