I tried to rearrange the icons on my Bold 9650 but they keep rearranging themselves after I move them. Is there any way I can lock them into place after they move?

Also, everytime I try to watch a youtube clip, my phone says that it's buffering for about a minute or so and the clip never plays.

Please let me know if anyone knows the answer to these questions.

Are the icons moving around on the same screen, or from one screen or folder to another.

Details needed.

In the home section where it has "ALL" of the icons, I tried rearranging the top 6 which are shown, and everytime I click on an icon and exit, they get rearranged again. Also, sometimes my "contacts" icons would turn into a duplicate icon of one of my email accounts - so I'll have no "contacts" icon at all and two of the same email icons. i have to reset the default icons to get them back. It's really frustrating!
