complete noob with the simulator here

Im trying to use an app on the internet but i keep getting this error when it connects to the browser
can anyone help me with this?

"Your current service plan or browser configuration does not support access to this feature. Please contact your service provider or IT administrator for more details. "

are you using a corporate blackberry?
you do realize it just a simulator and does not really work on the network dont you.
