I found one the other day but didn't have time to DL it now i can't find it

IM+ does voice messaging to IM's and Skype. Works well on my 8900.

vPost makes it really easy to send geo-tagged voice messages to any email. There is no voice to text support.

Vlingo is an app that you can speak into your Bb and it will write down what you say. Works for emailing,sms,and alot of other applications. you can even open apps just by saying something like " open Browser".
