Best way to manage WLAN settings for users

Hi,
We are rolling out a "corporate" WiFI network for our users and I have a specific SSID that I want our BB's to use. What is the best way to add this network to our users? I've tested adding this to the default IT policy and this works ok but it displays the policy name on the device which isn't very tidy especially if they have a resolved policy name. I have also tried adding a WLAN profile but it appears you need to manually add the profile to each user. This is OK but its an extra step for our helpdesk to do and i'm sure we'll end up with lots fo users with no WLAN profile. It would be nice if I could add the profile to the IT policy or even a group.
What are your thoughts?
