Hi,
i have BES version 4.1.6, I would like to verify the IT policy settings, andchange them.
I cant find it on the BES..

I read the guides but did not find anything..

please helpé

IT POLICY
You can find all the available IT policies from the Policy Reference Guide @

The Admin Guide will give you details information of how to assign IT policy

Basically
1. In the BlackBerry® Manager, in the left pane, click BlackBerry Domain.
2. On the Global tab, click Edit Properties.
3. Click IT Policy.
4. In the IT Policy Administration section, double-click IT Policies.
5. Click an IT policy.
6. Click Properties.

I have found it. thanks. the GPS was disable.

Its in the BES, Click on Domain, then Select the Global Tab (1st one on the left) and click Edit Properties. Select the IT Policy, and double-click on it.

don't feel bad about not finding it..I did the same thing. You wouldn't think it's under Domain...one thing to keep in mind is that the default policy goes to all newly activated devices...so you might want to create a new, differently names on for testing...
