Hello all,

I've got a weird problem. I have a user that used to be on Lotus Notes with a Blackberry Bold 9780 and he's moving to a Exchange Server with a new Bold 9900. Right I made a backup of his blackberry on my computer using Desktop manager. I was able to restore the contacts on a Torch 9800 but I can't get them on his 9900, the restore is telling me all when fine but when I look in his contacts I don't see any of his 200. So I said ok I'll sync the 9800 to his Exchange and the syn the new 9900. But for some reason none of his contact are getting sync to the BES.

What am I doing wrong???

notes conacts dont work on excahnge

If the contacts exist on lotus and you move all info over they will get to the device from exchange.

I finally made it work. All I did was:

1- Wipe the device
2- Disable the Wireless syncing
3- Restore the backup on the phone
4- Sync the phone's contact on the person outlook using Desktop Manager
5- Sync the new device on BES and the contacts on his exchange got pushed on the device.
