maybe u should install Thai language pack from your OS, or use your GSM Provider OS for your BB device. (I assume u live in Thailand)

you need thai-G for read thai email.
Anyway, you still can not read thai SMS directly.

it is because thai-G built it for email!!!
So, you need to forward that SMS as "email". Save it and open it again using thai G.

About thai Web page, forget it. You can not read.
