Default Problem setting up Slacker Radio

Please Login to Remove!

When I click the downloaded icon for Slacker I get a Msg stating "The application slacker_mobile has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy."

What I have is a privately owned BB Storm and I don't understand why I would get a msg. like this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA---- Robin

Is this happening while you are at work or something?

Thx Anymanusa for your reply, but

No, I'm at home trying to set this up on my personal Storm. Not a corprate phone, thay's why I can't figure the msg I get about the firewall and IT Policy.

Problem solved, I was able to go thru BB Tech Support and they led me thru a Factory Reset procedure. Got rid of the random IT Policy that had setup (firewall enabled and locked). The phone had never been a part of any Corp. Accts.

Currently listening to Slacker Streaming Radio.

Happiness is a smooth running Storm.
