Wirelessly posted (8703e Sprint: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8703e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/104)

Should be an icon on your home screen (looks like an antenna) that you can click to turn radion on/off (great for airplane).

Regarding the contacts, make sure you have not selected a filter. Goto addressbook, click wheel to get drop down menu, select Filter, and make sure all are unchecked.

What BB do you have? 8700 or 7500?

Radio Off -- Got to TURN WIRELESS ON icon and click.

Contacts don't disappear that easily. Go to Address Book > Options > Number of Entries. What is stated there?

Cool, then check what JT stated above on filters and they really should be there. Is the signal working now?
