Server Status Stopped (Problem Solved)

The SRP Status is disconnected and Sever Status says Stopped. In the BlackBerry Server Configuration, I have tested the network connection srp.na.blackberry.net through firewall port 3101 and it is successful. SRP Key and ID validated also. The SQL server connection test is successful. I can PIN message but can't mail message. Any thoughts.
Well, blame the sales rep.
My company started with the Pilot BES for Exchange. After a 2 months of use with the Pilot, we went ahead and purchased the retail version. I asked the sales rep if I had to redo all the installation, configurations, and activations I did with the deployment of the 7290's. He says no way, all I do is just enter in the new CAL in the BlackBerry Manager Upgrade Key screen. Well, I did that and it worked...I thought.
I was able to get RIM on the phone. They informed me that the Pilot had to be uninstalled before the retail production version was installed. Basically my Pilot expired and it disconnected my SRP and stopped my server. The sales rep was wrong which cost me some down time with my BES trying to figure out what the heck was going wrong. But then again, why would RIM put an upgrade key area in the BlackBerry Manager if it doesn't work???
